    I've tried several of Rachel's recipes, and haven't been particularly excited about them ('though I admit to adaptingd many of her techniques. But this one was very easy, healthful, and tasty. Next time I'll add more garlic and rosemary, just because you can never have too much of those things.

    I used boneless skinless chicken thighs and it took around 30 minutes for the chicken to cook through - it was delicious!

    This is wonderful! It has a light lemon taste that is really refreshing! I can't wait to make it again!

    All I can say is WOW! These were easy and very tasty. I usually stay away from Rosemary but it came out great!
