This was a great recipe- I had everything onhand and it came out perfect! We used the juice to cook the green beans and it was delicious!!!

My family loves this chicken. I used tenderloin chunks and boneless thigh chunks the first time I cooked it and it was absolutely divine. Cooked it again with tenderloins only. I didn't have a lemon, so I skipped the zest and added concentrated lemon juice and chicken stock at the end. Also, I used Montreal Chicken for the seasoning and a couple of stems of fresh rosemary. This chicken is divine! Thanks Rache!

i love to entertain with this dish. it takes no time at all to prep and cook so i can visit with my guests instead of being chained to the kitchen. the chicken is always juicy and serves up looking far more complicated than it is. a no-miss!

This meal was SO QUICK and EASY!!! I coudln't believe the amount of flavor this dish had in it to be so easy. My family loved it and my husband couldn't get over how juicy the meat was. If you don't like Rosemary this dish is not for you ..... my 5 year old even ate it...WOW!!! Way to go Rachel!!!!! Keep up the good work!!!

This is definitely my go-to recipe now. I make the recipe as written (with chicken stock, and it is easily my fiance's favorite. It goes well with the pesto mashed potatoes from the same episode (yes - the pesto makes them oddly colored, but the taste is worth it, or just pesto with pasta depending on what I have on hand. Super easy and satisfying.

I couldn't believe the taste oif this chicken, it's amazing that after 20mins something could be so tasty. It is a life saver in our house. LOVE IT!!

This was a really good meal we had it with scalloped potatos and green beans.We used poultry seasoning instead of grill seasoning. We agree with a little less rosmary and a little more garlic like some of the other comments we used mondavi chardonnay it was delicious.
