    Very good! Served this to a friend who pretty much won't eat anything green and even she admitted that "it wasn't bad". High praise from this girl!

    Very good, my mother loved it and requests it all the time. I didn't cook the spinach long enough so it wasn't as tender as I like it, but that's an easy fix for next time.

    Yummy. but I did not put the nutmeg in it. the older folks aka elderly parents liked it too . For the 3 of us we have enough for tomorrow nite. Served with Lowcountry Smothered Pork Chops from Foodnetwork website
    also.

    This easy to make recipe was a hit with everyone! The corn was so sweet after browning it in the garlic butter. The spinach added great color. We will keep this on our "yummy" list.

    WOW, very tasty and well balanced. My 4 kids loved it too. Next time I am going to try frozen corn for a quicker fix and see if the corn starch is what really makes the difference.

    I was just given 10 lbs of fresh corn! This recipe came in very handy. It's tasty and easy, even better with a litte cayenne pepper. Thanks Rachel.
