I followed the directions to the tee...even read all the changes people added or wanted to add the next time....nothing would have helped this except for never making it. sorry rach, not so good.

I came across this recipe by accident on the Rachael Ray site...needed to add additional cream, probably used a full cup. Next time I will add more garlic and try it with farmstand instead of supermarket veggies...had very little corn milk, even with scraping the cobs.

I loved this dish! I used a pinch of cinnamon instead of nutmeg, and I definitely didn't have to let the cream thicken for 15 mins, it only took about 5 mins. I also added just a little bit more cream as it kept thickening, just so it would be super creamy!

I made this recipe and I would recommand it to everyone. I used two sticks of butter instead of two tablespoons which made it rich but very good. I could make this everyday.

I never really thought of corn and spinach together but was really good. I used fresh corn and a box of thawed frozen spinach that was squeezed dry. Mucho good. Even the little people at my house liked it.

I made this recipe without the spinach and added crisped bacon pieces at the end--WOW--yummy, yummy, yummy--I will definately make this again.

Since I live and cook alone, I halved this recipe except for the amounts of butter & cream, since it needed the liquids to cook thru, and after semi-drying my spinach in paper towels, this was just a perfect dish. Great use of fresh corn & spinach I had readily available. Love this recipe, thanks, Rachael!

I made this tonight and was surprised to see that I had forgotten to buy spinach. So, I made the corn without spinach and omitting the nutmeg. Let me just say, I know I am hardly reviewing the original recipe, but it was amazing!! The garlic flavor was delicious and the dish was enjoyed by everyone!! I'll make it again, but might not include the spinach...I'll have to see!! Thanks Rachael!

I used teaspoon of cornstarch mixed into 1% milk (about 1/2 cup for the sauce. Less calories than heavy cream and it thickened up just fine. I dislike nutmeg so I left it out.
