I cannot believe how good this corn is. Another easy dish which will be a regular in our house. My husband can't stop saying how much he liked it and said that it is soooooo goooood.
    Thanks again Rachael!!!

I tried this recipe for dinner today and it was really good, the spinach did make it a bit watery. So when I make it again I will likely saute the spinach separately and then add it to the corn. I also did like the previous reviewer and doubled the spinach and since spinach wilts so much it was the perfect amount.

This was a great dish. However, double up the garlic and spinach. We grilled corn first which made a huge difference. Can't wait to make it for guests. Rachel did it again.
    Thank you
