Best Guacamole! I am not allowed to show up to football parties without this guacamole.

EXCELLENT recipe! I've always had my own personalized way of making guacamole, but I love trying different versions to expand my repertoire - and this one was a welcome addition! I prefer red onion in my own recipe, so I've used that here as well; I'm also a huge garlic lover, so I use more like 2 or 3 large cloves. And I always throw in a bit of minced jalapeño for an extra kick. Delish!

Best guacamole I've ever had! Have actually been asked to make it whenever having friends over.

I absolutely love this recipe. It is a complete staple in my house, and it was amazing in my 7 layer dip! I only make this recipe for guacamole, and it is the best guacamole I have ever eaten!

I made this without the tomatoes since I was adding it to steak tacos where salsa was to be used. I was fantastic. Not too spicy but a great flavor and creaminess that pairs well with other strong flavors. What I loved most was that I could control the salt by making my own. It is also a whole lot less expensive. For a hotter recipe be sure to add the pepper seeds.

First time I had ever worked with avocados and it couldn't have been easier. The flavor was great. I will be making again for Memorial Day cookout.

I didn't have jalapeno pepper, so I used a little bit of crushed red pepper for a little kick, and it worked just fine! Keeper!

Tastes great! I added cilantro, and would probably add a second jalapeno pepper next time.
