I loved this recipe. However, I did make some modifications. I only used 1/4 of an onion because my family does not like onions. I also skipped the jalepeno, I'm not one for spicy foods. It had great flavor and was very creamy. I will never buy store guacamole again!

I have tried different recipes for Guacamole over the years and this is by far the best ever. It has the perfect balance of flavors and textures. This far surpases even restaurant recipes. YUMMO!

This is delicious. I do add cilantro and I use lime instead of lemon and a red onion instead of yellow.

This is a very easy and tasty recipe but I felt the lemon overpowered the taste a bit. Second time I tried with fresh lime juice instead and felt it blended better, also used a little less than suggested.

My husband and son loved this guacamole! It was delicious, and we gobbled it up. Plan to make it for a family get-together coming up this weekend. Thanks Rachael.

This guacamole is insane! I'm not a big fan of cilantro, so this was the perfect recipe for me. Easy, tasty, full of flavor...what more can you ask for?!

I ended up substituting red onion and it still tasted great. Quick and easy!

I just tried this recipe at a Cinco de mayo party and all I can say is that I got home and downloaded the recipe. Delicious!

This was the first time I have ever made guac - easy and delicious! I did omit the tomatoes and added a little cilantro. This will be one we make again and again.

I made this recently for a family barbecue. Everyone who tasted it loved it, even the kids. Very garlicky with good texture.
