The garlic in the guacamole makes this dish stand out. Perfect for a Mexican themed party.

I thought is was okay but too much on the onions the first time I made it so the 2nd time I cut the onion back and it is great! Just tweak it to your taste.

I followed the recipe but found out that 1/2 an onion is a lot. If you like guac dip with a lot of onion, this is the correct measurements. I think that next time I am putting in less onion and one more avacodo just to make it a little more guacy. Other than that it was great.

I don't like tomatoes in my Quacamole, so I omit them. I also add more garlic than they said and more avocadoes (as I was feeding more people. This is how my husband and I always make Quacamole! Our friends always come over b/c of our quacamole. Enjoy!

A very good recipe. Nice and chunky, but a little too lemony for my taste. Next time I'm going to try half a lemon.

Excellent recipe; fresh, tasty. My family loved it. This was the first time I ever made guacamole and it was a huge success. Thank you!

This recipe tastes great and keeps well because of the lemon juice. I would add another clove of garlic, though.
