    I first want to say that I love Rachael and everything she does, but wanted to let you guys know that it appeared to me that the bread that she used for the Patty Melts had "mold" on the crust. Was I seeing things?

    Wow, this is the best! I made this for (4 really pickey eaters, including teenagers in my family. They started eating and only 1 comment came out of their mouths between bites.."This is really GREAT"! Silence and happiness. Definitely on my fav list..YUM!
