delicious!!! so easy to make and just as good as i've had at an asian fusion restaurant. will definitely make again. i just substituted sugar for the honey and added a little sesame oil, i did have to cook the fish an additional 5 min.

I made this recipe with some fresh Red Snapper I caught myself! I added some red pepper slices to the veggies and also about a tsp of thai style chili sauce & sesame seeds to the sauce. There is much more liquid produced during the cooking process, so serving it with some white or brown rice is perfect! My husband loved this so much and said it made him feel special that there was a pack just for him!

I saw Rachel make this and thought it would be good to try. Looking at the ingredients it sounds wonderful, but the flavors just to not seem to mesh. Also, I am not sure what happened, but the veggies were not cooked, and the ginger and garlic were hard. I think if I had cooked it more to get the veggies to a crunchy stage, the fish would have been over done.

I saw this on 30MM this morning, knew I had most of the ingredients on hand (had to buy the sea bass, and served it for dinner tonight. My youngest child, aka pickiest eater ever, ate it. Loved it. Very easy to make, very little cleanup.

I've been a "parchment packet" fan of cooking for a few years for its speed and self-marinating moist effects. The fish (i used Tilapia turns out butter-tender and just collapses with no effort from the fork. The asian sauce it delicious-ginger adds some kick/heat. Will be making again.

I'm a terrible cook, so my husband (who is a terrific cook usually does the cooking. During his recovery from knee surgery, we were eating out and feeling fat. After watching this episode, I got brave and tried the fish in a sack with the lemon ginger noodles. There was no bass, so I used Halibut. The preparation was really fast, and the food was fantastic! My husband was super impressed. He said it was delicious, and since I don't get my feelings hurt easily, I'm positive he was shooting straight. (He asked me to save the left over noodles, and he almost never eats leftovers.

YUM! Nutritious, easy, and delicious. Will also work well with several kinds of fish or seafood: haddock, salmon, or scallops. Also very affordable and it looks as if you spent lots of time preparing.
