I liked the idea, so I substituted Swiss chard for the spinach. Did not have any duck/plum sauce, but found some leftover cranberry sauce in the fridge (yeah, the jellied kind - love it, can't help it so I melted that in to the sauce instead. Also added a touch of garlic (!. Really, really good. I am trying to eat more dark leafy greens but am not a big fan of bitter, so this does a nice job of moderating the bitter flavor of the greens and still letting me eat healthier.

This was decent, but there are better ways to cook spinach without all the calorie-laden sauces. They didn't add much flavor anyway.

my husband has asked me to lose this recipe. I trust his opinion about spinach since he is the lover of it not I

I love spinach, and this was a great new way to give it some new flavor. My family loved it!

I need to fix this again & not over cook it. I left it in the pot a bit too long! I do think this is a nice change!

I really thought we would like this, so after I saw Rachael make it, I tried it. But, I have to say that none of us cared for this spinach. It just tasted odd and I would not make it again. Sorry!

This would be even better with some goat cheese sprinkled on top, but for a quick warm spinach salad - something different than we'd normally do - this does the trick.

This salad was very good and it didn't take me very long to make either. I substituted the duck sauce with apricot preserves and it tasted great.
