I made this for my Mom and Dad for Christmas. They loved it. I used mozz. cheese because I couldn't find gorgonzola for some reason. My mom wants me to make this again.

I made the meatballs and gravy today and they turned out very tasty! I used a pork, veal and beef mixture and substituted chicken broth for chicken stock but followed the recipe to a tee other than that and it was a very delicious lunch! Thanks for this great recipe Rachel!

These meatballs were the best!! Obviously you have to be a fan of Gorgonzola or Blue Cheese type cheese.... the depth of flavor is incredible! I made these for my parents, my father loves blue cheese so he thought it was excellant, my mother doesn't care for any cheese that has a sharp aroma but she loved it as well. The meatballs even without the Gorgonzola would be great for pasta dishes. Thanks again Rachael!!

These were awesome...watched the show today and made these for dinner; what a way to spend a vacation day from work! The only change was I used 2 pounds of ground beef as I didn't have any veal. Heaven...

This meal was great. I wouldnt change a thing. It was easy to make and still taste great the next day. The Gorgonozola cheese gives the meatballs so much flavor.

I made just the meatballs because I am a huge gorgonzola fan, and they were excellent. They don't keep very long in the fridge, though, so make sure if you have extras, to eat them within a day or two.

I made these exactly as the recipe stated-with the tomato gravy--WOW! Both complemented each other beautifully! I made the spinach mashed potatoes as well-with only 1 box of spinach (after reading other reviews. The meal as a whole was incredible! Very satisfying--and filling--had leftovers for days! (not complaining. It did take me a heck of alot longer that 30 minutes--but well worth it! Will definitely make again!

I made these along w/the spinach & garlic mashed potatos on this episode & it was a definite crowd pleaser! The presentation of the cheese oozing out of the meatballs made it look a lot harder than it was & impressed our friends that we had over for dinner: My boyfriend keeps asking me to make these meatballs every other week now. They were so delicious everyone ate 2++ meatballs & they were HUGE!
