Althought this was kind of expensive to make, this was really easy, and it ended up being really good too! The only thing I might change is putting less gorgonzola in it. It was kind of overpowering, but overall, this is a great dish!

I served this dip fresh out of the oven...people loved it!!! We had 6 people consume this in minutes. People that normally don't like gorg. cheese thought it it was great! I keep the recipe exactly the same but I didn't add any salt because there is enough in the gorgz and asiago. I also added 2 more garlic gloves because I just love the stuff. I have no idea what those two people did to the recipe not to like it but i just thought it was excellent!!! A pit pricey but worth it!

I purchased my ingredients at Trader Joes and so did not think they were too expensive - this taste amazing IF you have any left over use it on baked potatoes - TJ's also sells some great pita chips but Costco has a gigantic bag of Stacy's pita chips - looking forward to making the sliders. Rachel Ray - my family and I love your recipes :

Because the ingredients are a bit pricy, this is one of those dishes you prepare for "special" friends & family. Will keep this one on the top of my recipe pile!

I think others who have tried this must not like gorgonzola cheese... I thought this recipie was very simple to make and it made more than I thought it would. I left out the artichokes (forgot them when shopping and it still turned out great. I also substitued crumbled bleu cheese because gorgonzola was very pricey. I halved the bleu cheese amount because bleu is a little stronger than gorgonzola - then made it up in mozzarella.

I would NOT recommend this recipe! It turned out terrible, the taste of the cheeses was nasty. AND it was way too expensive! Don't waste your time with this one... I wish I had of listened to the other reviews....

A nice and different take on the "same ol', same ol' ". I made it using lower-fat or non-fat ingredients and it was still very tasty!
