Yes, it is a bit pricey to make and I want to try to lighten it up a bit, but this was the best spinach artichoke dip I have ever tried! Flavor galore! I was not the same old swiss cheese sauce or bland cream sauce - the gorgonzola made it extraordinary. I will definately recommend it to my friends and will definately make it again. Yay, Rachel!
