    although i do not cook much, after watching one of her shows with this recipe, i had to try it. I now have a new favorite potatoe dish! I was impressed with the ease it took to get this meal to my table! There is hope for this non-cooker yet! Thanks Rachel!

    This recipe was as delectable and as easy to prepare as advertised! I served with porterhouse steak and seared greens and it went over wonderfully with my dinner guests. I must admit that I added more cream to the dish than the recipe specified and, as a result, ended up up with a longer bake time, but the result was marvelous. Highly recommended!
