Easy to make, and my picky kids gobbled it up.

After reading the previous reviews, the consensus seemed to be that the dish was not spicy enough. I did, however, like the basic recipe, so I followed the reicpe fairly closely, but added 2 chopped jalapeno peppers from my garden along with the onions and chopped red pepper. I deseeded and deveined one jalapeno, but used the entire second jalapeno. I also used half a cup of low-fat sour cream and half a cup of fat free sour cream, which is what I had on hand, so, along with the extra lean turkey it ended up being a very low fat, healthy dish and was excellent! My husband and I both agreed that the jalapeno along with some extra salt, really made the dish. Oh, and also, I used about a TBSP of chopped fresh marjoram from my garden instead of the dried. Excellent!

This recipe was ok... nothing special. Bland as others have said. Had to add seasonings to give it a little spark. Maybe needs the smoked paparika too.

If you are going to make this recipe, use all the spices and then go find more. I also added a can of tomato soup and more sour cream, garlic powder, lots ,more salt. All in all, it was very disapointing

I'm giving it an extra star because it was so darn easy. My kids and some other kids LOVED it. My daughter even took leftovers in her thermos for lunch the next day. I made it one day with turkey and one day with beef (used beef broth instead of chicken in this case and I actually liked the turkey better, So easy for a busy night...

I added 1 T. regular paprika and 1 T. smoked paprika, as was suggested by an earlier reviewer. Really, really fantastic flavor! Will definitely make again and again and again....

This is a great, inexpensive, quick and tasty meal. I used 1 tblsp of sweet paprika and 1 tblsp of smoked paprika and a palmful of chipotle pepper. It's not gourmet but it was on the table in less than 30 mins. My grandkids loved it and had seconds. It was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Rachel!

I wouldn't say I have a fancy taste buds, so when I read what others were saying, I was disappointed to discover that the reviewers were right and that this is rather bland, and it's basically as one reviewer said a glorified hamburger helper. I chose this recipe because I needed some change in my current Weight Watcher diet and it's a basic recipe with lower points. Definatly probably would benefit to melt some cheese in the sauce, however if you're trying to keep the fat and calorie intake down maybe a sprinkle of parm would help? Anyway it's just average, nothing fancy, nothing to really chat about at the water cooler. Just a quick, less salt, hamburger helper.
