I just watched and deleted this show but remember how the orzo pasta was made. Rachael put the feta, red onion and parlsey in the bottom of the bowl first. She then put the hot orzo on top and drizzled olive oil, fresh lemon juice and fresh cracked pepper on top tossed it and let it sit to let the red onion sweat out and the feta soften. Then she added the English cucumber, tomatoes and olives. I hope this helps!!!

    It looks delicious!!

This recipe is NOT correct. It was cooked differently on the show. I did not have to write it down the night it was on. I thought I would just go to the website and print it off - Boy have I learned NOT to do that again. Ingredients where placed in the bottom of the bowl and the warm orzo's where placed over it. Then tomato and cucumber were added and tossed not as a garnish to the dish. If someone has the correct way to make this please post the recipe. I have actually been looking for this all over the internet with no luck.

I haven't made the chicken yet, the orzo salad was fantastic!!!!! I think I would use less red onion. I am addicted to this stuff!!!! Fast and delicious!!! Can't wait to try the chicken!!!

My husband and I made this together this weekend. It was awesome!!! We're usually rushing around grabbing whatever we can find that's quick - it was so nice to have something quality homemade with a deliciously different twist. (It was also great to do something with my husband like we used to pre-kids We did not have the olive tapenade so we revised and used olives in the food processor. I'm not sure how it tastes vs. the tapenade - but it was FABULOUS!

I saw the recepie on TV while I was working out in the gym, and had to abandone my dinner plans, because this one looked so delicious! Since I saw the show about 30 mins before I had to make dinner, I didn't have all of the ingredients on hand. I didn't have the olive tapenade, and for marinating I used everything else but it. Plus my husband is not abig fan of olves, so I probably wouldn't use it anyway. It was amazing! Just olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary, oregano, S&P. Delicious! Orzo was out of this world too!

Wow this was a quick and easy one, the hardest thing for me was finding the green olive tapenade. They don't carry it at Publix, Albertsons, or Windixie (im in florida and thats bout all the choices. I finally found in Target Grocery store. And yes it was worth it.

My husband is Greek so I always look for Greek recipes. WOW this is one of your best salad . Didn't try the kabobs but with the comments I read , I'm going to try it. Next week my mother in law is comming, that's what I'm going to cook, I have no doubt about the result.
    Keep cooking Rachael,

I would give this more than five stars if possible. The chicken was excellent (we didn't use fish. The salad was amazing. I would recommend using less red pepper flake if you don't like too much spice. We will definately try again.
