I didn't have the fish, but the chicken turned out great. I also substituted couscous for the orzo in the salad, because it was what I had on hand, and it was delicious as well. A wonderful dinner!

This was so good, I am making to take for my husbands potluck at work! It does take me longer than 30 min to make, but well worth it! I am a little slower than most in the kitchen though!

I did not actually make the kabobs in this recipe. Instead, I made grilled chicken breast with Greek spices in pita pockets with yogurt dip. The Orzo went perfectly with the chicken! I recommend the Orzo to everyone!

I do not like chicken, but this is outstanding!!!! My kids even ate this! I did leave out the olive tapenade, and it was still amazing!! Will make this again and again. Thx Rachael!

This was great. My husband & I loved this and although we made a few adjustments for personal taste it was good. I left out the pine-nuts & olives, b/c he doesn't care for them. I also went lighter on the onions and was happy with this choice. The chkn and fish kabobs were so tasty. I always thought you had to marinate for a long time to really taste it, but 20 minutes did the trick. WOW, it was great!

The orzo salad was unbelievable! I was skeptical at first, but wow it was great! My husband loved the kebobs, which I thought would have been better if he hadn't overcooked the chicken... :

I changed the recipe a bit, not making kabobs. I used the marinade on chicken breasts and grilled them. The pine nut orzo salad was a huge hit! I added some pita bread with EVOO and it was a wonderful meal! Thanks Rachel!

The orzo salad is light and flavorful all at the same time. We did not make the kabobs with it, but we ate a spicy marinated beef tenderloin. The orzo was a great compliment to the spicy meat.I will definitely make the orzo salad again!!!
