    Great flavors none over powering. Much easier to make than the recipe would have led you to believe. Thank goodness we saw you prepare this dish on your program this morning. You made it look so easy that it gave us the confidence to give it a try. We will definitely make this again.

    I'm not a "cook"....maybe twice a year...but this looked so good I had to try it. It was great served with a
    Johannesburg..Riesling.
