    Too much peppers, Rachel! Just reading this makes my stomach hurt. Otherwise, a good Greek salad is my favorite food in the world!!

    This makes a great lunch. I add tofu crumbles to mine to get a vegetarian source of protein in and it's great. I love the feta with the veggies and the vinegar and oil with oregano combination.

    I made this salad for a potluck at work and OMG it was delicious and I got so many wonderful comments that you would think I planted and grew everything myself. I will make this recipe often, thank you.

    This is a very quick and easy recipe that is delish! I added an extra tsp of Red Wine Vin. along with a couple of extra dashes of oregeno and it added a tang- which I like. Highly recommend- and don't skimp on the tomatoes! Off the vine is the only way... :P

    This is one of the best salads I've had in along time. I uses a couple of cloves of garlic and garlic and herb feta! Let it set in fridge overnight and Wow!! Perfect! Thanks Rachel!!

    The only thing I didn't have was the red bell pepper. I also had the crumbled feta and it was still perfect!

    I was looking for a greek salad with a bit more flavor, and this is it! I loved that I could just give the salad a dash of olive oil, red wine vinegar and oregano without having to make the dressing separately. Then I reread the directions. Oops! It worked.
