    I loved the flavor of this "no Lettuce" salad. The bite size pieces were great. Everyone I served it to raved about it.

    I was looking for a salad that wasn't so ordinary and I found this recipe. It is simple to make, the presentation is beautiful and it tastes great. You won't be disappointed.

    Rachel Ray has some trully great recipes. Sometimes it is easier to cut corners though. In this recipe, she makes the dressing, which was easy. But, store bought Greek dressing is better. This recipe is a must try, you can finagle it in the future.
