I only made the Green eggs and ham and left out pine nuts since I had none and I loved this dish. It was a hit or miss with my niece though. I made it 2x and the first time my niece liked it and the second time she spat it out. However the adults enjoyed it both times. I think it is a nice twist to the usual scrambled eggs but I do not think that everyone will love it, so make sure to make extra eggs and ham w/o sauce just in case.

Come on now, an entire bag of tater tots to make 4 servings? Looks like 1/2 cup of spinach for the same 4 servings. This is a lot more likely to keep your cardiologist alive than your family.

I think this recipe sounds sooo good. It has great color and you could even make it in the morning. I think is very creative and tastey!

We saw Rachael fix this on the show and thought it might be good. Well, the pesto sauce was just not for us. The basil just was too strong or something. Everything else was just OK. I don't believe I'll make this dish again.

Husband was really taken aback at my prowess. He was pleased at how good this dish turned out.

The tater tots were great. I gave them a light spraying with butter spray, and then seasoned them. So easy and the best tots ever. I used arugula for the pesto sauce. I believe it was a bit too strong with the eggs. Next time I will use baby spinach. I did not cook the eggs right. I never can. I think I may have had the heat up too high or something.

My kids love this dish - especially if they are into Dr. Suess! My kids love the tater tots as well.

This was the most unique recipe I have tried in Who's age. The blending of scrambled eggs, ham, and a pesto sauce was just out of this world. This is one I will make again, and would enjoy eating on a train, on a plane, on a boat, or even with a goat. Thanks R.R. you have never disappointed me with your recipes.

It was delicious. The only thing that I changed was the green sauce. I don't particularly like pine nuts so I left them out and added a little bit of extra garlic. Came out delicious.
