    I don't typically like green bell peppers, but I had so many and needed something to make with them. This was more than perfect! Easy and tasty!

    Very quick and easy, and the spice adds a nice flavor. The salad goes great with the tagine-style chicken.

    This was a great summer salad! I didn't have parsley, so I substituted mint which was delicious. I used a little more red wine vinegar than the recipe called for as I thought it needed some more acid.

    This recipe is so yummy and easy! I add feta cheese and cucumbers. Excellent! My boyfriend asks me to make it all the time!

    this was so good, I am not a fan of raw onion (either is my son but with the spice and all, this was great. a perfect addition to the chicken
