    I agree with other reviewers that the recipe is heavy with basil. I'd recommend that you use half of what's recommended and be sure that it's fresh. The small amount of nutmeg compliments the cheese and you shouldn't omit it. And as always, only cook with wine that you'd drink!

    Wow, this was so easy to make and so good. It makes plain old rice so much better. Great flavor. I had leftovers and ate great all week pairing it with different chicken and steak (this goes great w/the chicken sausage patties.
    I did cut back a little on the amount of basil.

    I really loved this recipe, I didn't have the basil, but it turned out great anyway. It was super easy to make, and the whole family loved it!

    I love basil in just about everything, but this was way too much. It overwhelms the entire dish. And it does not get better the next day either. IF I do this again, I will cut the basil in half, at least.
