This was yummy. I have made it twice. The first time was a bit sweet for me. The second time I used less oil, more vinegar and less jam. It was delish! I'd just adjust to your taste as you mix the dressing.

This was quick and easy. I had some great strawberries I had just bought I just added some sugared almonds, (browned them on the stove with a Tbs. of sugar and added a little goat cheese. fast, simple, good!

I used cherry jam, it's what I had on hand & absolutely love the way dressing tastes. I added avocado, very finely sliced red onion, & some feta cheese to the salad. Fantastic!

Great tasting, light salad.. dressing was so easy to make, and it was a hit at a pot luck!

Great, tasty summer salad recipe. The only addition I made was to add a small can of drained mandarin oranges. Yummy :

Wow. Who knew that a teaspoon of strawberry jam would make all the difference?? I love this dressing. I must have made it fifty times by now. My mother also LOVES this dressing and always requests I make it for her.

Another dressing I love is Melissa D'arabian's Cafe Green Salad. It's almost exactly the same as this dressing, only instead of a teaspoon of strawberry jam, she adds a teaspoon of dijon mustard and a splash of soy sauce. I would say it's just as good as this dressing.

I made this recipe expecting it to be horrible but it was the opposite, delicious! I made exactly as stated except for adding crumbled bacon on top. This has gone on my weekly rotation beause it's that good!

This recipe is great, I did alter it a bit to make it even healthier & tastier - instead of strawberry jam I used low-sugar strawberry preserves, it cut the calories and sugar in half, i used 1 1/2tablespoons of extra LIGHT olive oil instead of extra virgin, used only 1/2 a pint of strawberries and 1 chopped mango, used a bag of Italian Style salad mix and threw in about a half cup of fat free crumbled feta and 1/4cup of sliced almonds.
