I often make my dressings this way. Much tastier and healthier than packaged brands especially if you use no sugar or sweetner added jam.

This was a great summer salad with the fresh strawberries. I used organic baby romaine for the greens and it turned out great!

This salad requires few ingredients and can be made in less than 5 minutes, yet it is very tasty and refreshing.

I loved this because it was so simple and easy! A great way to make someone who doesn't typically like salad but loves strawberries to eat their greens! (aka: me.
I used Blackberry jam instead, and added a handful of crumbled feta cheese.

This is such a great and easy recipe. I didn't have strawberry jam, so I used red raspberry instead and it was great. I also added cantaloupe and crumbled white cheddar cheese on top. Such a refreshing salad.

I have made this twice now for my family and they really enjoy it. I like it because you can make the dressing in less than 60 seconds! I top mine with toasted almonds. I would rate it higher, except that I have 2 similar recipes that are both easy and blow this one away. One is strawberries, blue cheese and toasted almonds over field greens, the other is with spinach. Though Rachel's is great for a weeknight meal, I won't be serving it to company anytime soon.

A made this salad a little different than the recipe calls for:
Added some fennel (went great with the strawberries
For the dressing, I used orange marmalade and sherry vinegar.

Very delicious and very easy (not to mention, healthy!
