This is even better the next day (if you have any left over! I let the dressing and strawberries (no greens mixed in marinate overnight and poured it on a piece of pound cake. yummy!

This is a great idea - it is also a time saver. The dressing can be made ahead, and all you have to do to make a salad is to slice some strawberries onto your greens, and add the dressing, a whole lot easier than most salads, and it is very tasty.

I love salad. I am always looking for new tasty dressings to try. I can't not get enough of this one. I have tried variations to change it up. Adding a bit of goat cheese is wonderful.

i have a 3 yr old who loves fruit but hates salad. this one i can get him to eat. and i love it. the rest of the crew in my house is just ok with it but you can't please everyone at once.
