My daughter made this for her dad for his birthday (along with other meals from F/N. Oh, my goodness. Not only was it extremely easy to prepare--and nothing extra to buy--it was not only beautiful in its presentation, but it was delicious! I can't wait to make a variation using other fruits and preserves. This one is a keeper!

This is a nice dish because it is healthy and quick, and goes with just about anything.
You can make it your own- I added mandarin oranges and almonds to the salad and it was great.

I made this on a hot summer day and it hit the spot. I added walnuts too for some omega 3s - tasty!

I've shared this recipe with several of my friends and all say it was a hit when they made it. When strawberries are in season and ubiquitous, this is a great recipe to use them up. I've used this with spinach, arugula or mixed greens with success.

Delicious and very easy dressing! You can also add a bit of citrus flavor by putting in a tablespoon of frozen orange juice concentrate. I love to do that, then make a salad with lettuce, strawberries, oranges, walnuts, and this dressing. Yum!
