This is a really simple idea and a great way to make couscous even more versatile. I've made this a few times now because the first time I made couscous, my husband said he didn't like it so I tried again. When I did it this way, with the green tea, he changed his mind and asked me not to make couscous "that other way" ever again. I did try it once with a green chai tea bag and no mint and that was also lovely. Go nuts with this idea, you'll learn some cool things!

Very good recipe. A few minor adjustments suited my friends and I to a T, no pun intended, and all agree it is a keeper.

My kids asked for Couscous for dinner thinking it sounded excotic. I was thirlled to find a good recipe for them that was healthy and had familar ingredients for them. We modified this a little, (no green tea, mint or lime and switched to basil with garlic and they loved it. We'll be eating this again and again.

This was a great side dish, but on the show Rachael adds arugula with the mint and cucumbers. She also adds all of these after the couscous is cooked. In the recipe, the arugula appears in the mixed grill recipe, not here. My husband and I loved the flavor of this dish, but it was a little too "green" for the kids.

I made this for the first time last night and was afraid the scallions were going to overwhelm the coucous. I was wrong, the combination of the honey, mint, scallions and chicken broth was absolutelty delicious. Adding cucumbers and a little bit of fresh basil on top also blends very nicely.

My husband had seconds and will be making this dish again.

A friend made this for dinner last night and all four of us loved it! It's a very refreshing spring side dish, the nint, cucumber and subtle taste of honey all bend together very nicely.

I used veggie stock and we had to use shallots instead of scallions, but it turned out great - stores and travels well... easy to prep before serving.

This is a unique and refreshing side dish. I used basil instead of mint and added some minced garlic. My husband loved it. So easy and delicious!!

I LOVE green tea, so I am always on the lookout for ways to incorporate it into different foods. Aside from the fact that Rachel usually makes too much food for 1 person, this recipe should easily serve 6-8 people, the dish appears to be overall clean and healthy. I am definitely looking forward to making it.

This was my first time working w/couscous. I don't know exactly what didn't work for me in this recipe, whether it's couscous or this particular recipe. My husband ate the salad, but nobody else liked it. He didn't like it either, it's just that he didn't want to throw it out. I'll try other recipes w/couscous and see if they'll taste better. Definitely not trying this one again.
