Just OK...but very easy and different if you are looking for something different.
While i love smoked cheeses, smoked moz. just doesnt melt well. I prefer a more melty texture for my chix parm. The dish was hot enough but the cheese stayed too firm. if you look at her pic of it, it didnt melt.
I wont make this again, but if i had to I'd use regular moz. to get the gooeyness expected in chix parm.

I made this tonight for my husband and it was pretty good. He even went for seconds! I really liked the kick the pepper flakes gave it.

It is so hard to cook for a "meat and potatoes" guy, but I went for it anyway! He runs at the sight of veggies, especially green stuff like basil. I cooked this tonite and it was a BIG HIT! He had 3 helpings! Thanks Rachel for encouraging me to try new things! This recipe rocked!!!!!!!

I needed some parmisian chicken and it is hard to find without a billion calories. This was really yummy. Needed to tone down the chilli just a bit and a little lighter on the cheese but it was heavenly.

It was easy to make and so delicious! Tasted like somethiing you would get in an upscale Italian restaurant.

This recipe was soooo good. I loved it. Added just a tad bit more garlic and a lil bit more red pepper flakes. Seasoned the chicken very well wit salt and pepper and also seasoned the garlic and onion mix wit salt and pepper. Turned out really well. Wouldnt change a thing!!!!!!!!

I breaded the chicken with flour/egg/progresso panko italian breadcrumbs and baked instead. Came out amazing!

My husband really loved this dish, and its smokey flavor. It was not my favorite, but it was easy and I will surely make it many times to come.

The sauce was a grand slam, but the chicken was a swing and a miss. The chicken was not very flavorful. Next time I will dredge the chicken flour with salt and pepper and fry in EVOO.

Okay, I totally cheated on this one. I wanted a fast, delicious meal, so I bought pasta sauce at the store. I used that and pre-sliced mozzarella (not smoked, and it was awesome. In fact, it is still awesome. I got up from the dinner table to write this review. Thanks, Rachel. I've got to get back to my chicken!
