I love this recipe. It is super easy to make. I can grill the chicken ahead of time and then just assemble the rest of the ingredients when I am ready to cook. Love the smoky taste of the cheese with the fire roasted tomatoes. I will definitely make this again and again.

This was really tasty but when I make it again I will just use regular mozarella. I'm not a big fan of the smoky cheese flavor. This took me longer to make than the recipe says but I generally am slow in the kitchen anyways. This was also one of my first food network recipes to try out at home so maybe my skills have improved since then!

I thought it was pretty good. Very easy and took very little time to make. I did not become a fan of smoked mozzarella though.

I can't figure out how anyone was able to make this in 30 minutes, it takes me almost that long to clean the fat off the chicken breasts!! Also too, if I made this again, I would definately make extra sauce for those who like pasta with a dish like this. I don't eat chicken, but my husband didn't make a comment on it so I have to assume he probably thought it was o.k., but nothing good enough to say anything. I just had the little bit of leftover sauce on Angel Hair and it seems o.k. but seems like its missing something. More spice maybe???

I asbolutely LOVED this recipe! It was easy to make, and full of flavor! The only alteration I made was I used a little more mozzarella than it called for only b/c my fiance loves cheesy italian meals. I probably would have liked it either way. I will definitely make this one again.

This was my first food network recipe I tried... and it is easy and delicious. The smoked cheese and tomatoes work great together! If you coat the chicken in EVOO and cook it at a high temp it will stay juicy.

My only issue is that the chicken tends to taste dried out when its grilled in this dish.

This recipe is in my top 10 of my favorite dishes to make. The smoke mozzarella and fire roasted tomatoes make this dish so flavorable. I serve the Chopped Salad from the same episode with it, along with some rosemary roasted potatoes. Always a hit!

Love, loved, loved this dish! The red pepper flakes added a little heat to the dish, and it was super simple to make. I also added mushrooms to mine, and it was fantastic!
