    My family voted. I gave it a 5, my son gave it a 2, but he hates tomatoes and my daughter gave it a 4 --- she doesn't like meat. It was easy and fresh tasting.

    We've made this several times and my whole family (including 4-year old absolutely love it! I cut back on the red pepper flakes a little because of my son. The fire-roasted tomatoes and smoked cheese are key. It's also nice because it's healthier than the traditional breaded, fried chicken parmesan. You definitely should try it - you won't be disappointed!

    So easy and even better than the "original" chicken parmesan. The fire roasted tomatoes and smoked mozarella really add a nice touch. This is definately one of our favorites!!!

    i love the smokey flavor of the tomatoes and mozarrella. i added 2 cubanelle italian peppers to the sauce, and it went really well with this recipe.

    My husband and I weren't crazy about it. The sauce was watery, and we didn't care for the smoked mozzarella.

    This was a fairly good recipe. I felt like it wasn't seasoned as much as we liked, so I jazzed it up a bit with some chicken seasoning and red pepper. I also baked it longer than the recipe called for...I like for my chicken to be really tender.
