Very good taste. To reduce the calories, I added a lot less cheese on the top and it still tasted great.

This is an awesome recipe. Very quick and easy - definitely a 30 Minute Meal, very flavorful and satisfying and pretty healthy to boot. I couldn't find the Fire Roasted tomatoes, so I just used the Italian Seasoned Diced tomatoes (with garlic, basil, etc.. I also reduced the amount of smoked mozzarella to about half (4 oz instead of 8. It was plenty and still tasted rich and yummy. This would also work really well for make ahead - just make the dish up to the last broiling step, then refrigerate. When ready to serve, heat in the microwave and then stick under the broiler for a few minutes to brown the top and melt the cheese. Perfect! Thanks Rachel!

This is my husbands favorite dish now! Finally I made something likes and wants me to make again.

For me, it was very easy and I loved the combination of cheese and the fire roasted tomatos.

This dish was just ok, I wasn't too impressed. I served it with noodles. I did like the fire roasted tomatoes though!

This was easy and delicious. My husband does not like normal chicken parmigian due to how greasy it usually is, and he thought this recipe is a keeper.

I made this for dinner last night for some family members and it was a big hit. I did, however, substitute crushed tomatoes for the diced tomatoes, and thought it was delicious. This is definitely something I would make again!

This recipe was really flavorfull. My whole family really enjoyed it. I had a hard time finding smoked mozzarella so I used regular and it was still yummy!

My family loved it.They couldn't get enough of it. It was so fast and east, I just came home from a hard day of work and it just took me a few minutes and it was done and I was able to enjoy and nice dinner with my family.

This recipe is awesome. I make it regularly. The smoked mozzarella cheese with the fire roasted tomates put this dish over the edge. Much better than regular Chicken Parmesan
