I used this amazing marinade for my grilled chicken fajita's. I add a little more of everything and marinade for a little longer, about 10 minutes. My husband would go into chock if I didnt make them once a week.

My family loves this sandwich. We added some chipotle mayo rather than the salsa. Really good with all the toppings.

This recipe makes a terrific sandwich. I slow grill it over low indirect heat for 40 minutes or more, basting every 5-7 minutes (you hve to make extra marinade for this. I also split the buns, and baste them with the basting sauce and toast them on the grill.
