My boyfriend and I loved the chicken, though we changed up the toppings a little bit. We substituted the slaw with sweet guacamole - made with fresh avocados, lime juice, salt, and Newman's Own pineapple salsa. Delicious!

This was so easy and tasted great. I just served the grilled chicken with some long grain rice and the family loved it. Also super kid friendly, as it has a lot of flavor but it not "spicy".

The marinade was incredibly easy to make, and ingredients easy to find. This is a good change up to hamburgers. We usually make hamburgers then have leftover buns and are looking for something to use them on. This is an easy meal to add into our routine to get us out of our rut. So easy to add or take away ingredients on the sandwich, do whatever you want to change it up. Definitely adding this to our list of usuals.

This was pretty good! Not a ton of flavor in the chicken itself but better than just plain grilled. Definitely something I'll consider next summer when we start grilling again.

This sandwich was quick to make and was a good change from a regular basic chicken sandwich. We really liked the flavors in the marinate. I did not use the crunch top buns because they did not have them at the store, and we added alittle mayo to the bun just incase the bun was to dry (it probably would have been fine without. Also, I did not make the slaw to go with the sandwiches this time, but next time will make. So far all of the recipes from Rachael Ray that I have made have turned out very good.

This was a good sandwich. I didnt get a lot of flavor from the marinade.. i am not sure if i didnt leave it on there long enough but it wasnt awful by any means. I will be making this again.. maybe marinating a littlle longer.

The flavors on the chicken are great. Make sure your chicken breasts aren't too large, if they are turn down the heat and prepare for a longer cook time (like we did!. I would recommend trying with cutlets or thin sliced chicken breasts for a thinner more manageable sandwich.

We skip the cilantro and depending on the limes sometimes use 2 instead of 1 for better flavor. Have also used the lime zest which makes a nice zing.

We normally skip the slaw and just go with a nice shredded romaine.

I've been making this sandwich since the first time I saw it on TV, in 2003. Yes, it is that good. Everybody loves it. Rachel got it. This is one my faves, hands down!
    You must try it.

I make this recipe year round. Even my three year old son loves them! The flavor of the chicken is great, and even better when you load up the sandwich all the toppings. They can get pretty messy, but worth every bite!
