This is a wonderful treatment of mahi mahi. I made it because I knew I had limited time to prepare, and fortunately this dish worked out fine. However, this is not as "quick fix" as Rachael makes things on her show. For one, I have no one to set the bowls and utensils in the right places for me, nor can I work as quickly as she, even if my knife skills are good. Nevertheless, I recommend this recipe to all who love good fish and long for simplicity as well.

The asparagus recipe is great; the zest and ginger in the cooking water is a fine addition. I took my asparagus out a lot sooner than recommended as I feared, correctly, that the time suggested would overcook them.

This is one of the best recipes for mahi i have ever had. I did marinate longer then suggested but it was wonderful.

I made this after work one night and m fiance and I both loved it! The presentation was beautiful - looked like a 5 star restaurant meal. And its healthy! The oranges made the meal- next time I'll use even more oranges.

Instead of sesame seeds I did toasted coconut as a garnish. I served it with a side of coconut rice, which was amazing...

I actually did not cook this meal (for once! My husband surprised me with this dish, beautifully arranged and such an incredible taste. The fish was so flaky and tender, and the sauce was a perfect complement. My only suggestion was to ease up a bit on the sesame seeds. I like them, but not forkfuls of them. Overall, one of the best seafood meals I've had in a long time!

this is such a great spring/summer dish...it is refreshing and healthy but delicious. The sweetness of the orange perfectly balances the salty soy flavor. It is easy to make and presents amazingly; your friends will think you are a professional.
