This dish was very good, but the flavors could have been a bit stronger on the asparagus. We actually used Mahi Mahi and also Scrod..which tasted very good, since it soaked up the marinade very well. Agreed with the rest of the reviewers, the asparagus could have been a bit more tasty..but all in all, the dish was very good and we'd make it again...

This was sooo good and soo easy to make. I agree w/another viewer to marinade the mahi mahi longer.. maybe 30 mins at least. The asparagus was good too. I will definately make this again!

Just used the marinade and then cooked it a little to serve over the fish. Very tasty and will use again for different types of fish.

My husband and I really enjoyed this meal. It was quick and easy and tastes incredible. I love the orange with the asparagus. This is a meal I won't mind making for my mother-in-law!

You'll need to marinade the fish longer. The orange zest and ginger don't flavor the asparagus as much as I'd like.

I liked the fish marinade...thought it was pretty good.

But I didn't think there was anything special about the asparagus.
