Greatest potato salad ever. No mayo or mustard! I made it once for a very large backyard bbq party at my house and everyone loved it. So much so that one month later, when I had another big backyard bbq - people specifically asked if I would make it again.

I used small fingerling potatoes and grilled them outside over charcoal. I substituted spinach. This is by far the best salad I've tasted in a long time. The flavor was amazing. I served it with bleu cheese topped burgers and it was a hit.

Lots of flavor. Great summer salad. I even used the "low sodium" seasoning.

I was a little hesitant when I read the instructions but it is sooo delicious!!! The montreal steak seasoning is spicy but once combined with the rest of the ingredients it is perfect. And like it says in the recipe, once you put the warm potatoes in the mix, the potatoes soak up the juices and become moist. This is a very sophisticated twist on your normal potato salad. And healthier since it doesn't have mayonaisse. My guests loved it!!! The first time I made it I forgot to add the arugula and it was still delicious!!!

My wife flipped over the grilled potatoes. The Yukon Gold potatoes grilled extremely well. Left my Weber on medium and cooked them with direct heat, 5 min. a side. Worked out well. I liked the oranges and red onions.

I made this salad for the first time last evening. Felt the Arugula was to bitter and took away from the delicious flavor of the oranges/red wine/red onions. Think I would make the recipe again using spinach and would add a splash of orange juice.
