    I thought this recipe was okay, but my onion was slimy and tuff. Maybe I didnt cook it long enough. My hubby who loves onions in any shape or form said these were "gross" . I doubt if I will try it again. But Rachel you are definitely one of my favorite FoodNetwork people!

    What a simple way to enjoy red onions!!! We had them on top of hot buffalo chicken sandwiches, and the flavor was great!
