I am now a huge chorizo fan. I basted it in a Garlic/lemon juice/olive oil/pesto blend before grilling and WOW!! this recipe is a definite keeper!

It turned out beautifully. I make calabacitas to serve with it. Have also considered serving this over cheesy grits.

I liked this recipe. It was a nice twist on grilled shrimp. The Gaspacho was kind of a lot of work, and I didn't think it was really worth it.

I love shrimp and this was an awesome combination of flavors. The taste, the look, it was really to pretty to eat, but I did any way and it was fantastic. I have not cooked any thing that was inspired by Rachael Ray that has not been delicious. She is an awesome cook as well as teacher, I find myself trying new and different recipes all the time now. I really enjoy cooking.
