I highly recommend this. My hubby doesn't like horseradish, generally, but he loves this! The horseradish can be adjusted for the little ones that don't like so much kick. I actually make two batches...

This recipe is amazing in it's simpliccity. I make extra dipping sauce and use it for ham and roast beef.

I took this to our Memorial Day barbeque and this dish was the big hit of the day. Agree with other reviewers that said it made too much sauce -- It's rich, you don't need a lot. This was very easy to make and a joy eat. The sauce is a wonderful change to the typical red shrimp sauce. The recipe for the sauce makes way more than you need for the amount of shrimp specified so next time I will cut it in half.

I made this recipe for a family member who loves both shrimp and horseradish. He absolutely loved, loved it, requested it again. I over did it on the spices b/c at first it tasted a bit bland at first. I should have waited for the flavors to blend. Yummo as Ray would say.

But We dont really like horse raddish, and we had to use hole mild instead of creme, because that was all that we had.
But we will definatley make this again.!
