I made this tonight and everyone LOVED it. We aren't big fish eaters, but it is Lent, so I made it. We entertained my uncle, who is an excellent cook, and also not really a fish eater, and he loved t! The salsa is delicious, and would be good on so many things, and the spices for the rub are perfect. I will keep this recipe, and make it again soon!

This recipe was very easy and quick to prepare. Most of all my non-fish eating husband loved it. Definitely a keeper in my recipe box!

My local grocery store did not have snapper fresh only frozen so I purchased Tilapia fillets in place of that. This dish was very light and very good! My kids loved it as well. I wrapped 8 fillets in foil in baked in the oven instead of grilling. Did not use the coriander ( did not have any on hand. Did not use green olives either (forgot to pick them up...LOL. Added green onions to the salsa mix.
Everything is remained the same from the recipe.
Absolutely Delicious. So with my added ingredients and non-existing ingredients.. I think it turned out very well. : Will make it again.

We fixed the fish recipe once, it was good; but it's the salsa that we love. We serve with baked cod using our favorite seasoning. Even if you don't like green olives you HAVE to try this! I don't like green olives either but love this salsa! Yummers!

Although I cook other types of fish regularly, I have never made snapper before. The recipe was easy and very good. I will definitely add this to my menu rotation.

I am always looking for fish recipes. I don't care for fish that tastes "fishy", this recipe allows the flavor in the fish and the seasonings to mingle without being too spicy. My 4 year old as well as my husband throughly enjoyed this. My husband even said that it was a dish he would have expected from a high quality resturant. I also enjoy the fact that the preparation was so easy and fast.

Great change of pace for a fish dish. The red snapper was expensive but the compliments were well worth the it...Enjoy!

We all just loved the salsa. It really made the dish. If it were not for the salsa I probably would have rated the fish dish with only 3 stars.

This was the first dish I cooked by Rachael and I was very pleased. It is true what everyone said about the sauce; it was extremely tasty and gave a nice kick to the fish. I had to make a few minor changes with it though. For example, I used canned regular diced tomatoes and I drained the juice, replacing it with the lime juice. I also left out the olives, used regular white onions and just chopped a few pieces, then cooked them in the saucepan before adding everything else (to warm up; we don't like cold sauces. Even my sister loved this meal, and she hates fish.
