I just got done eating this sandwich, it tasted good.
I used one slice of thick cut Kawalski bologna, with sweet pickle relish, and one slice of cheese. I added apple cider and grey poupon mustard to the cabbage. Quick and simple.

I enjoyed the flavors and textures in this sandwich. I usually use turkey keilbasa and omit the red pepper relish. As written, this makes a large, very filling sandwich. Sometimes I use less keilbasa and cheese to make a lighter sandwich for lunch.

Quickie recipe that tastes great. The caraway seeds are a good idea. I'd rather look at Rachel than eat, and I love to eat. Phil W.

This was great eating while we enjoyed the Olympics. I have been looking for something to spice up my Kraut and this was the perfect answer. The sandwiches were great.
    Thanks.

These are so good, I have made them numerous times...was great to use up the leftover sauerkraut & kielbasa from the holidays. We love the classic Reuben, and these are a great change.

I made this for my family, the kids who do not like sauerkraut really like this, cooking mellowed the strong kraut taste. Good when you are craving a Reuben but don't want to spend the time cooking corned -beef. Also great with 1,000 island dressing.
