    Rachael makes this look so easy and then you try it and it can be done. My husband & I rate this one at 5+++++. It was so tasty and easy to make.

    i wouldn't make this again. i used cod it had a fishy taste. i might try with a differnt fish.

    This recipe is in Cooking Round The Clock (minus the capers so I've been making it for a while and it is SO good!! Every time I serve it up my husband and I can't get over how yummy it is. I crave this recipe on a weekly basis - delicious! If you don't have cippolini's then regular onion works just fine. And the tomato on the top is a MUST - makes the whole recipe sing!
