My girfriend saw this episode and insisted that we go shopping to get the ingredients because it looked so good. I was so extremely impressed with the flavors in the Puttanesca Salsa. We started brainstorming of all the other things we could put it on. Just fantastic. Every bite we would just moan and look at each other like we'd never had something so good in our mouths. Thank you so much for making this another permanent recipe card in my box =

My twin 9 yr old sons and 5 yr old son and my husband (plus me loved this dish! We grilled Tilapia in aluminum packets on the grill, but added the puttansesca salad....not a flake of fish was left. Hubby raved that tthis is restaurant-quality. I look forward to making this again--maybe with the halibut!

We absolutely loved this dish! The only thing I've changed about the halibut is: I've added fresh garlic, lots of lemon juice, capers and 2 slices of lemon on top of the fish, then individually wrapped it in aluminum foil and baked. Comes out very juicy.

This was outstanding. If you like fish, you're gonna love this! It was like eating at a 5 star restaurant! Excellent.

Very good salsa. I didn't have the anchovy paste on hand so I just minced 4 pieces of anchovies instead and it worked out great! Made this for salmon instead of halibut and we really enjoyed it. So flavorful!

Was able to get fresh halibut at my market yesterday and wanted to make it special (given the price!. Based on the reviews, thought I'd give this one a try. My challenges were: I am single so the quantities needed to be adjusted. Also, didn't have anchovy paste but I did have some previously opened anchovies and I did not have black olives but I have pitted calamanta olives both of which I used. I didn't use the bread because I a trying to loose weight but the overall results were delicious and I look forward to making it again. I love trying new things that live up to my expectations

I love this recipe. I usually do the fish and bread over the stove with a griddle pan, so it still gets the grill marks. I had not used anchovy paste before, and was a little worried about that, but the salsa turned out delicious. Since then, I've also added my own little twist, where I lay down a bed of spinach leaves on the toast before I set the fish on it. Enjoy!

This sounded so good, so I ran by The Fresh Market on my way home and grabbed the ingredients. I did change it a bit, though. I actually cooked the puttanesca sauce a little. I always expect good things from Rachael.

I love this recipe. It's so light, but filling. I do the puttanesca sauce before my husband gets home and then I love just sitting out on the deck with a glass of wine while my husband grills. It's a nice change to actually be able to talk while getting diner ready instead of rushing arun in the kitchen by myself. This recipe is what I think of when I think of grilling in the summer.

Just make sure that you are adding the ingredients to taste....we found the required amount of parsley to be too much and would adjust the lemon juice to taste also...is really good if you allow it to sit as well. Yum!
