This is a good recipe! I followed the recipe exactly, using smoked paprika and since I didn't have hot paprika I used 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper. I simmered it for 20 minutes to let the flavors meld and that really helped all the ingredients to come together. It's an easy dish and very tasty!

I made this Halloween night and it sat on the stove until eveyone came home. It warmed up great. I used ground turkey and it was a hit with my husband and the kids/teen agers.

My whole family like this dish, even my 3 year old picky eater!
