I made these with sauteed broccholi and sweet peppers, yarlsburg swiss cheese, bacon and scallions. They were good, not that eye appealing (not enough egg? but an omelet would have been simpler. Next time I would stick to the original recipe and see if it is as outstanding as the reviews.

I am a beginner cook/baker, and this dish was so easy and so delicious. I lost count of how many frittatas my daughter ate!

These were delicious! I used the larger muffin tins and added 5 to 7 minutes. The only problem is I can't stop eating them!

How did this never occur to me? I've tried baking eggs in ramekins before, but never in a muffin pan. It's much better this way! I didn't have a mini pan, but the bigger one worked fine. I only made six "muffins", three with swiss and three with cheddar (all with ham. I can't wait to make the mini's next time. These are so easy and look so cute! A super easy brunch dish. Rachel, I adore you!!

Wonderful, versatile and you can eat it with your fingers: my kids love this. My husband has plenty of ideas for variations to try,

We made them this morning for breakfast. Used the big muffin tins. Delicious. You can have so much fun with that recipe.

I personally did not care for the chives in this and everyone else just thought they were a bit bland. Once again, I come here and see lots of good tips and learn ways to change around the recipe and make it better. Maybe I should just find a more consisent and experienced chef to watch (like Giada?
