Watched this show and had to have it for dinner. Didn't have spinach and used bacon instead and it was GREAT!! The best comfort food!

This is a great recipe that feed a lot of people and is not very expensive. My husband loves it....it's the only way I can get him to eat spinach. YUMMM!!!

This was so easy, especially since I always have those ingredients on hand. I loved the spinach and pesto flavors - I would have never thought to add them to a hash.

My husband who normally hates spinach ate it all up. It was extremely easy to make being that I had everything on hand to make it. Next time, I will try it with leftover turkey or prosciutto. Thanks Rachel!

I made it with frozen spinach and it was so creamy and cheesy. I also substituted chives for the thyme, yummy! This one didn't even take 30 minutes!

Thanks RR, another good recipe. The potatoes I thought could have been cook a little more to make more tender. I used arugula instead of spinach because of the current spinach problems. It was very nice and tasty. This is a keeper recipe. Thanks.
