This is one of the easyest and most delish meals I have had in a long time. For the first time ever, I found a dish that my husband will actually eat that has spinach in it. Thank you Rachel Ray your the best!

This was absolutely delicious. People are so retarded - if you think there's too much oil or butter, CUT IT OUT YOURSELF! Your criticism is completely pathetic. Get a job.

This was an awesome and easy meal. My husband liked it without the eggs he thought it was more of a lunch casserole, however I thought the eggs made it wonderful. You should try this!

Both my husband and I loved this. I too skipped the extra oil & salt because it didn't need it. I didn't have the tomatoes but didn't miss them. The almond crescents are perfect with this, and my very picky daughter couldn't get enough of them. Two thumbs up for this recipe & the accompanying crescents!

I had all the ingredients on hand and bought the ham. It sounded like it would be good for brunch........NOT! We found it a little too overboard with the oil and butter. My husband didn't care for the whole combo together as far as taste and then my oldest wouldn't eat it because of all the fat. I thought Rachael's recipes were suppose to be more healthy? Doesn't she say that at the beginning of her show?

I tried this as a side dish just the other night and it was amazing! I tweaked it just a bit by leaving out the ham (we don't eat pork and served it with parmisian crusted chicken. My children hate spinach and were asking for seconds. I was very impressed with this recipe! Thank-you so much!

I made this for my 2 teenagers and husband. Their comments were "lots of flavor" and "it's a keeper". I omitted the salt and parmesean to reduce the sodium. Great for a quick supper!

I reduced the EVOO and butter by half and used butter flavor Pam to cook the eggs and this recipe turned out perfect!
