My husband absolutely loved this recipe. He's from the midwest so this is one of his favorite breakfast meals. Although I made it for dinner! He couldn't stop eating it.

This dish is so good and easy it's great for any meal of the day and the b best part is how fast it all comes together.
I would just omit using any extra salt being that the ham contains alot of sodium. Rachel just keeps on finding ways to be creative in the kitchen.

My husband and I saw this episode and immediately we wanted to try this recipe. So we made it that day for lunch. Wonderful! It was very easy and quick. The worst part was the chopping of the onion obviously. Thank you Rachael for another fantastic meal!

This was simple to do and had lots of taste. I'd skip the salt as there is plenty in ham. I'll make it again. We had it for dinner one night a breakfast another day.

I switched out the thyme for one clove of garlic that I added with the spinach and it was really good. Very easy and we loved it for dinner.
